North Carolina has some of the best stores you will find anywhere. Not many people know about this. In fact, most thrift shoppers will tell you that their experience is somewhat a thing of luck i.e. they will buy something good at one shop only to be disappointed at the merchandise they find there on their next visit.
This goes back to the fact that the supply chain of thrift stores is incredibly unstable.
